Sunday Services
We believe that The Bible is God's way of telling us about Himself and how He sees us. That is why we take the Bible seriously and every service contains a reading from the Bible and an explanation of its meaning. Many people today want to understand themselves and the world we live in; they want to find meaning and purpose in life. All this is found in the Bible. Every Sunday morning (10.30 am-12.00 noon including coffee) is great for families as well as those on their own. After a time of singing, prayers and special items all together, we provide special groups for children so that they can enjoy teaching and group activities suitable for their age. These groups meet at the same time as the adults' teaching. Sunday evenings (6.30-8.00 pm) are more informal with worship, testimony and Bible teaching. The Monthly Afternoon Praise services (3.30-4.15 pm on the second Sunday or each month) are friendly and informal, especially welcoming seniors and those unable to get out in the mornings. The 45 minute service is followed by afternoon tea. Every service is designed to welcome those who do not usually go to church; but each month we have one or more Guest Services. These are especially suitable for those who are looking into the Christian faith or coming back after a time away from church. |
